Castile and León
The Castilian plateau, kingdom of Tempranillo.
At an altitude of over 700 meters, the Castilian plateau experiences extreme temperature variations – scorching heat during the day and cool nights – which concentrate the aromas and preserve the acidity of Tempranillo, known here as Tinto Fino or Tinta del País depending on the appellation.

THE CASTILIAN SPIRIT
Structured reds, often aged in American or French oak barrels, that combine tannic power and high-altitude freshness — the signature of the great wines of Ribera del Duero and its neighboring appellations.
