4 cl Galard-Bonnefoy Cognac VSOP
1.5 cl Le Parfumé des Mascareignes
1.5 cl lemon juice
Ginger Ale (top up)
Ice cubes
PREPARATION
In a highball glass filled with ice cubes, pour the Cognac, Le Parfumé, and lemon juice. Stir gently. Top up with Ginger Ale. Garnish with a lemon twist.
