APRAZ OURO · LIME · CANE SUGAR
Brazil's national cocktail in its most refined form — with AMBIX's Apraz Ouro, an aged cachaça with golden notes of vanilla and precious woods.
INGREDIENTS — PER GLASS
5 cl Apraz Ouro — AMBIX Destilaria Lamas
½ lime (4 wedges)
2 tsp granulated cane sugar
Crushed ice
PREPARATION
Place the lime wedges and sugar in a rocks glass. Muddle firmly to extract the juice and essential oils from the zest. Fill with crushed ice. Pour in the Apraz Ouro. Stir and serve immediately.
